I went to Comic World over the weekend in Seoul and had an amazing time checking out all the cosplayers! I’m not an anime/manga fan by any stretch, so the vendors inside weren’t particularly exciting for me (but they did have some cute kitty stuff!) but the costumes totally made up for it. It’s a monthly event in Seoul (every two months in Busan, I think) so I was shocked by how many people turned out! Some of them were clearly regulars and I would imagine after putting in as much effort into their costumes as they do, that they’d want to show them off!
